30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for items that meet our return criteria. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition - Be sure to notify us right away if shipping damage has occurred
- Free from cuts, scratches, or other signs of use - Notify us before using the product if it does not meet your expectations
- Returned in original packaging when possible
What We Cover
Manufacturing Defects: We will provide a full refund or replacement for any cutting board with manufacturing defects, including:
- Structural issues or cracks present upon delivery
- Finish defects or uneven surfaces
- Incorrect dimensions or specifications
Shipping Damage: If your cutting board arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom orders (including non-standard sizes), these items are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect, error on our part, or damage from shipping.
What's Not Covered
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Normal wear and tear from use
- Damage from improper care (dishwasher damage, excessive moisture exposure)
- Changes in wood color or grain (natural wood characteristics)
- Items not used for their intended purpose
Return Process
