Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

• Custom woodworking orders: 2-4 weeks processing time
• Ready-to-ship items: 1-3 business days processing time
• Processing time begins after payment confirmation
• You will receive email updates on your order status

Shipping Methods & Costs

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
• Small items (under 10 lbs): $15
• Medium items (10-50 lbs): $35
• Large items (over 50 lbs): $75

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
• Available for ready-to-ship items only
• Additional $25 on top of standard shipping rates

White Glove Delivery
• Available for large furniture pieces
• Includes inside delivery and basic assembly
• Quote provided based on location and item size

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders over $500 within the continental United States.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Custom woodwork receives extra padding and reinforcement.

Delivery

• Signature required for packages over $200
• Delivery to front door or designated safe location
• We are not responsible for packages left unattended
• Please inspect items immediately upon delivery

Shipping Delays

Damaged or Lost Packages

• Report damaged packages within 48 hours of delivery
• Contact us immediately for lost packages
• We will work with carriers to resolve shipping issues
• Replacement or refund provided for carrier-related damage

Address Changes

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Changes after shipping may incur additional fees.
